Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is tailored to the actual Recruiter Panel workflow, including passwordless sign-in, recruiter dashboards, referral attribution, commission tracking, recruiter notifications, and security logging.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Zyntrix Solutions collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Recruiter Panel at recruiter.zyntrix.solutions and related recruiter communications.

This policy covers recruiter-facing account access, dashboard activity, referral tracking, commission reporting, recruiter email notifications, and related support and security operations.

2. Information We Collect

  • Identity and account details such as recruiter name, email address, Firebase user ID, recruiter ID, referral code, account status, and join date.
  • Operational recruiter data such as link clicks, signups, conversions, commissions, bonuses, payout status, recruiter activity logs, and support records.
  • Referral and project data needed to operate the recruiter program, including referred client names, company names, email addresses, project titles, project status, project summaries, and budget ranges.
  • Technical and usage data such as IP address, browser or device context, request metadata, sign-in activity, security events, and limited analytics events from our hosting and analytics providers.
  • Local device data stored by the app, including the temporary email address used to complete magic-link sign-in and onboarding tour preferences stored in local storage.

3. How We Collect It

We collect information directly from you when you sign in, use the dashboard, or communicate with us. We also collect data from Zyntrix Solutions operational systems when referred clients sign up, submit project requests, or generate payout activity linked to your recruiter account.

The Recruiter Panel currently relies on Firebase Authentication, Google Apps Script and Google Sheets, Resend for transactional email delivery, and Vercel Analytics or hosting telemetry to operate the service.

4. How We Use Information

  • Authenticate users and protect recruiter accounts.
  • Operate the recruiter dashboard, referral attribution, commission calculations, payout reporting, and recruiter notifications.
  • Communicate with recruiters about account access, referred client activity, policy changes, support requests, and service updates.
  • Detect, investigate, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, spam, automated attacks, and other security issues.
  • Maintain audit trails, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, comply with legal obligations, and improve the service.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising through the Recruiter Panel.

We may share information with service providers and internal personnel only as needed to run the service and protect Zyntrix Solutions.

  • Firebase, for passwordless authentication and session management.
  • Google Apps Script, Google Sheets, and related Google Workspace infrastructure, for recruiter records, referral attribution, and dashboard data.
  • Resend, for transactional email delivery.
  • Vercel and related hosting or analytics providers, for application hosting, performance monitoring, and abuse detection.
  • Internal Zyntrix Solutions team members, advisors, or contractors who need access for operations, support, finance, security, legal compliance, or fraud review.
  • Law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other authorized parties when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, systems, or property.

6. Retention

We retain recruiter account data, attribution records, payout records, activity logs, and related communications for as long as needed to operate the recruiter program, maintain accounting and audit records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.

Retention periods may differ depending on the type of data, the sensitivity of the information, and legal or operational requirements.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and abuse. These measures include authenticated access controls, request validation, secret management, logging, rate limiting, and transport-layer protections.

No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure. You should also protect your email account, devices, and sign-in links because access to your inbox may allow access to your recruiter account.

8. Your Choices and Rights

  • You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of recruiter data that relates to you, subject to legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and contractual retention requirements.
  • You may request that we deactivate your recruiter access if you no longer want to use the service.
  • You can opt out of non-essential recruiter communications where applicable, but we may still send service, security, payout, and account notices.
  • If you are subject to privacy laws that grant additional rights, we will process qualifying requests in accordance with applicable law.

9. Do Not Track and Children

The Recruiter Panel is a business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this service.

At this time, the Recruiter Panel does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals in a standardized way.

We do not knowingly permit third parties to collect personal information about your activity over time and across different websites through the Recruiter Panel, except for limited service-provider analytics, hosting, logging, and security tooling used to operate and protect the service.

10. Changes and Contact

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted here unless a later date is stated.
