Terms of Use

These Terms are intended to protect Zyntrix Solutions, its recruiters, and its clients by setting clear rules for access, acceptable use, referral activity, confidentiality, and security across the Recruiter Panel.

1. Scope

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Zyntrix Solutions Recruiter Panel, recruiter dashboards, recruiter email notifications, referral tracking tools, and related services made available at recruiter.zyntrix.solutions.

If you operate under a separate written recruiter, referral, contractor, or services agreement with Zyntrix Solutions, that agreement controls to the extent of any conflict with these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Access

  • You may use the Recruiter Panel only for lawful business purposes and only if you are authorized by Zyntrix Solutions to act as a recruiter, referral partner, or invited internal user.
  • You must use an email address that is registered or approved for your recruiter account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your sign-in links, inbox access, device access, and account activity secure.
  • You must notify Zyntrix Solutions immediately if you believe your account, email, or recruiter identity has been compromised.

3. Acceptable Use

  • Do not attempt to access another user’s account, recruiter record, payout data, project data, or internal systems.
  • Do not scrape, reverse engineer, overload, probe, interfere with, or bypass security controls on the service.
  • Do not upload or submit malicious code, automated spam, fraudulent traffic, or misleading referral activity.
  • Do not use the service to impersonate Zyntrix Solutions, make false earnings claims, or misrepresent pricing, services, turnaround times, or business outcomes.
  • Do not create self-referrals, referral farms, fake leads, or any other activity intended to manipulate attribution, bonuses, or payouts.

4. Recruiter Marketing Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that your outreach, marketing, and referral activity complies with applicable advertising, consumer protection, anti-spam, privacy, and platform rules in the jurisdictions where you operate.

  • You must clearly disclose any material relationship with Zyntrix Solutions when required by law or platform policy, including when you may receive compensation for referrals.
  • You may not send unlawful bulk email, deceptive direct messages, or unsolicited communications that violate anti-spam or telemarketing rules.
  • You may use only accurate, current Zyntrix Solutions messaging and may not make guarantees on behalf of Zyntrix Solutions unless expressly authorized in writing.

5. Referral Attribution, Commissions, and Payouts

Referral attribution, bonuses, tier status, conversion counts, and payout data shown in the dashboard are operational records and may be adjusted if Zyntrix Solutions detects duplicate referrals, existing-client conflicts, chargebacks, cancellations, fraud, abuse, or reporting corrections.

Commissions and bonuses are earned only on eligible referrals recognized by Zyntrix Solutions under the current recruiter program rules. Estimated or pending amounts are not guaranteed payouts until confirmed by Zyntrix Solutions.

  • Zyntrix Solutions may withhold, reverse, or deny commissions or bonuses tied to fraud, self-referrals, policy violations, payment failures, refunded work, or disputed attribution.
  • Program rates, tiers, bonus structures, and payout thresholds may be updated prospectively by Zyntrix Solutions.
  • You are responsible for any taxes, banking details, and compliance obligations associated with payments you receive.

6. Confidentiality and Restricted Data

The Recruiter Panel may display client names, project summaries, status notes, payout records, and other operational information. You may use that information only to perform authorized recruiter activities for Zyntrix Solutions.

  • Do not disclose non-public client, project, payout, security, or internal business information except as authorized by Zyntrix Solutions or required by law.
  • Do not reuse exported or observed data from the panel to build competing datasets, mailing lists, or marketing profiles unrelated to your authorized recruiter work.

7. Intellectual Property

The Recruiter Panel, its software, branding, visuals, templates, copy, analytics, and documentation are owned by Zyntrix Solutions or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, Zyntrix Solutions grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Recruiter Panel for your authorized recruiter activities.

8. Suspension and Termination

Zyntrix Solutions may suspend, restrict, or terminate access immediately if it reasonably suspects fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, excessive automated activity, policy violations, or conduct that creates security, legal, or reputational risk.

Upon suspension or termination, your right to access the service ends immediately, but provisions that reasonably should survive termination will continue to apply, including confidentiality, payment adjustments, limitation of liability, and indemnity obligations.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Recruiter Panel is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Zyntrix Solutions does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, perfect data accuracy, or that every referral event will be recorded in real time.

Security protections are designed to reduce risk, not to guarantee that the service will never experience unauthorized activity, outages, or third-party failures.

10. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zyntrix Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, or business interruption arising from or relating to your use of the Recruiter Panel.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zyntrix Solutions from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your unlawful outreach, misleading marketing, violation of these Terms, misuse of recruiter data, or infringement of another party’s rights.

11. Changes and Contact

Zyntrix Solutions may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted here unless a later date is stated.
